HOW DID WE GET HERE?
25 YEARS + OF CLINICAL PRACTICE IN THE NHS
Who Are We?
ADHD Direct was developed because for several years I was inundated with requests from across the UK to see people privately. Whilst I was very busy in my NHS practice, it became increasingly obvious that there was and still is very much a postcode lottery when it comes to service provision for ADHD.
Having now assessed many people from across the UK, ADHD Direct is now helping many individuals and families to access local services which for various reasons were previously beyond their reach.
The aim of ADHD Direct is to endeavour to offer individuals, families and other agencies a first class service when they don't have one locally and to continue to raise awareness of ADHD. We now also provide a similar service for those affected by Autism.
