Have you recently received a diagnosis of ADHD? You’re not alone! Join our “ADHD Diagnosis – What now?” webinar, specially crafted for individuals like yourself, ready to navigate the journey ahead.

You will gain a better understanding of what your diagnosis means and, most importantly, what your next steps could be. This will include:

Medication Insights: Learn about the role ADHD medication plays in treatment, as well as which medications are most commonly used and who is a suitable candidate for them.
Available Resources: Discover many (sometimes free) resources that can support you on your journey. Find out more about what they are and how you can access them.
Non-pharmacological strategies: Explore non-medical treatment options such as coaching and counselling. They are often viewed as alternatives to medical treatment but can also be very effective when combined with each other.

Each webinar will conclude with a FAQ session where we address your personal questions.
